Answers to your questions
-
Where can I find my invitation mail?
Please check your inbox and your spam folder. You should have received the email. The subject line is "License Activation - trinamiX Mobile NIR Spectroscopy Solution." If you cannot find it, please contact us so that we can send you a new one.
-
Why is my spectrometer not visible in the app?
Make sure the spectrometer is turned on, the battery is charged, and the wireless connection is enabled on your smartphone. Please also check that you have given the app the appropriate permissions and that your connection quality is sufficient.
-
Why can’t I connect my spectrometer?
Please ensure that you enable the Wireless Connection capability as well as the Location capability and grant the app the corresponding permission. This is necessary to connect to a spectrometer. If these requirements are met and the problem persists even after restarting both your device and the spectrometer, please contact us.
-
Why does my mobile device lose the connection to the spectrometer?
The most disconnections occur due to poor connection quality. This could be through interference with other wireless or Wireless Connection devices. Try to turn off or put away all other devices and minimize the distance between your device and the spectrometer. The spectrometer can also be connected via USB. If you continuously experience connection issues, please contact us.
