Why? Tricking common biometric authentication systems can be as easy as holding a realistic replica of someone's face up to the camera. Luckily, there are institutions that raise the bar: The international FIDO Alliance was established to set global standards for the accuracy and reliability of biometric authentication. We're happy to be one of their members and to support their journey towards more secure solutions.

Spoiler alert: Rene's lifelike copy could not fool our authentication technology.
