Plastics Identification

10 Plastics – Identifies PET, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PP, PS, PA, ABS, PC, and PLA.

Plastics Max – Identifies ABS, ASA, EVA, HDPE, LDPE, PA, PAI, PB, PBT, PC, PC-ABS, PEEK, PEI, PESU, PET-A, PET-G, PLA, PMMA, POM, PP, PPSU, PS, PSU, PU, PVC, PVDF, SAN, SBS/SEBS.

10 Plastics Reflectivity – Identifies PET, LDPE, HDPE, PVC, PP, PS, PA, ABS, PC, and PLA, and predicts the sortability of plastic samples based on the APR Design Guide.

Compostable Plastics – Identifies Cellulose acetate, Paper/Cardboard (PAP), PBAT, PLA, PPB, PVA, Starch. If the measured material is either one of the listed polymers or a blend containing these polymers, the output is classified as compostable.

Textiles Identification

Textiles – Includes Acrylic, Cotton, Elastane, Polyamide (Nylon), Polyester, Polypropylene, Silk, Viscose and Wool. Blends of two materials are classified into the main material and the minor material. A Cotton-Elastane-Blend results in the output ‘Material: Cotton; Minor: Elastane’. For some blends, a percentual result is provided.

Shoes – Includes PU, Leather, Polyester, Polyamide, Cotton, Wool, PEBA, EVA, PVC, Rubber (SBR), PBAT-based.
